a cooking place, a terrace and an orange and lemon
tree garden.
Both the 2 bedrooms have the conditioned air (heat and cold).

The beach of Marinella (picture 1,2,3,4) is 5 minutes far by walking.
The centre is five minutes far by walking, and there's a
bus stop just in
front of the villa where buses stop for the centre of San'Agnello and
Sorrento
